Very friendly and hard working staff. Good variety of drinks, alcoholic and hot.
The food wasn't always hot, sometimes it was just warm.

1st room not adequate so changed would of liked a room with some sun.
I had porridge each morning but it was not very hot so had to use the microwave. I had toast after but my first morning there was strawberry jam but none after that.
Staff that could check when products run out and food that is hot.
